Returns and Cancellations Policy
Digital Product Policy
Visionara Solutions provides digital products in the form of e-books and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or made accessible to the customer.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before payment is completed. Once payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.
- The purchased product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
- The customer received a product that is significantly different from the product description displayed at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The customer no longer requires the product.
- The customer is unable to access the product due to device, software, or internet-related limitations outside the control of Visionara Solutions.
- The product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used where delivery can be verified.
Refund Review Process
Where a refund request qualifies for review, Visionara Solutions will assess the request and may request additional information to verify the issue. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Access Issues
Customers experiencing difficulties with downloads or access to purchased products are encouraged to contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical issues before considering a refund request.
